Job Applications in Grid View/CandidateSearch Result List - Link?

The 23B Release Notes indicates that there is a link available when there are more than 3 applications in the Grid View:

"If there are more than 3 applications, there is a link at the bottom of the list to display more."

However, as noted in the screenshot below, it does not appear to be a link but more of just text that indicates the number of additional applications available.

Is this a bug or is the documentation incorrect?
