Hi, we need to see more values in list for the action reason while terminating an employee (REASON: TERMINATION).

It is possible to search the action reason and the system will find it but we need to see in the preview. We have a list with lot of values for the termination and the user should see all the values and not only a part in preview (see the screenshot).
