OCI - How to Install oracle-cloud-agent Package on Oracle Linux Platform

Goal:
This document describes how to install oracle-cloud-agent Package on a Oracle Linux Platform
Solution:
To manually install the Oracle Cloud Agent software on a Linux Instance for OSMH or non-OSMH enabled instance follow the steps below:
1) OSMS Enabled Instances :
- Search for and add the software source “Oracle Software for OCI users on Oracle Linux”, following steps in document : Adding Vendor Software Sources
- Then install the oracle-cloud-agent package
Oracle Linux 7
$ sudo yum install oracle-cloud-agent
Oracle Linux 8 and 9
$ sudo dnf install oracle-cloud-agent
2) Non-OSMH Enabled Instances:
- Create the oci-included repository file and add the repository information below:
