Interview Scheduling - Manual work around

How do we manage the manual work around for interview scheduling without the scheduler

We are implementing Taleo without the interview scheduler and I was wondering how other organisations have coped with this? Our current system has a scheduling function but with Taleo we will need to book them 1 by 1 and with 3500+ interviews a year, this is a major concern for me.

 

Any advice, hints or tips would be most welcome.
