Access issue for recruiters during internal job posting

Summary: The system is not giving access to a certain stage.


Content (required): After logging in through the recruiter and performing promotion of IJP after creating the offer and changing the assignment in "Manage Job Offers", this access error is not letting us to proceed further on this. Please guide us on this. Please refer to the attached file.
