"Manage Person" approval rule is not triggering as expected.

Summary:

When any HR team member make changes to employee's personal information (Martial status, National ID), approval to be triggered to HR Manager.

We tried to use Manage Person approval task to configure this approval.

But approval is not triggering as expected.

Can we trigger approvals using Manage Person approval task.?
