Can visibility to applicants on a job requisition be restricted based on Candidate's country?

Hi,

Customer's HR Manager - Europe wants to see Candidates from Europe only.

Can visibility to applicants on a job requisition be restricted based on Candidate's country?

We are aware of Candidate Security profile configuration that can be used to restrict visibility to Candidates using Country as a dimension. But this restriction works only on Candidate Search page not on applicants tied to a job requisition.

Please advise.
