Auto provision how to exclude values in the rule without duplicate the rule ?

Hello ,

we would like to create an auto provision rule which contains all BUs ,except of 2 specific BUs.

I don’t see an option to pick more than 1 Bu In the auto provision rules. And also not to exclude - I can’t see “not in”.

How is it possible to create a rule to exclude values in the rule please ? Without duplicating each rule per each BU.
