"In Progress" lookup not reflected in Completion Status field

From the lookup type: ORA_WLF_LI_ASSIGN_TASK_STATUS, we have the "In Progress" lookup enabled. Please refer to the screenshot below:

However, it is not being reflected on its respective field - which is in the Manage Activities inside an Offering:

What could be the reason for this?
