Can License and Qualifications attachments saved by Candidates be added to Talent Profile

Summary:

Currently License and Qualification attachments saved by Candidate move to Recruitment type Document of Records when a candidate is Hired into the system.

A record is then created in their talent profile without the any attachments, the attachment instead sit in the Recruitment Document of Records so then they need to be manually reviewed and uploaded to the talent profile record.

Can all attachments for License and Qualifications that are provided by the Candidate be saved into the appropriate Talent Profile Region using the attachment data field? This is a heavy manual burden for our team and one we would like to resolve.
