Create Candidate: Recruiters/Agents unable to add Work History and Education Details

Recruiters and Agents are able to create candidate. After clicking on "Save and Close" system prompts to complete the candidate profile. But the Add button seems to be missing next to the talent profiles.

We have ensured the custom roles assigned to these users have edit access in the "Profile Content Section Access".
