Any other customers using Learning Observations?

Summary:

We have been live with learning observations for 3 months and have seen numerous issues both with process and system functionality. Wondering if anyone else is using it in the way we are -observation offering assigned to learner and their manager will complete via BPM worklist alert, and if so does the process run smooth for you?

• Notifications disappear from BPM after 28 days (expected behaviour, but experience is not great for managers to have to click into the BPM pop up and search for the learner. Also the link in the original assignment email no longer works after 28 days)
