Character limit when configuring questions in Employee Self Service

Hi,

I am looking into configuring questions relating to Disability and Caring Responsibilities in Employee Self Service. Building in any DFF, I have a character limit of 80 which isn't enough to hold the questions I am looking to configure.

Can I check if any other users have come across this issue and if so, how have you resolved please?
