We have noticed that since 23B, when an HR users submits a document of record transaction on behalf of a team member, the transaction fails within the transaction console. This submission failure does not happen all the time but would like to avoid this situation occurring as a whole. Upon terminating the transaction, the DOR is saved in the team members profile but the HR needs to re-add the attachment and submit (which works successfully).
