Suggested Login authentication mechanism for VBCS App
Summary:
We want to develop two VBCS application as below
- Customer Portal -- Will be accessed by external customer , not SAAS users .
- Mobile app for Material handlers and drivers -- Accessed by SAAS Users
Content (required):
We intend to use local users created in an identity domain and conduct authentication for the customer portal. To avoid any security failures when authenticating the customer portal, kindly recommend the most effective procedures.
For mobile app the authentication will also be based on different identity domain related to SAAS , is basic authentication suggestible . Do we need to perform token based authentication to avoid any security concerns .
