Performance Reviews for Inactive employees

Hi,

I am trying to pull a performance review for a terminated employee.When I go into the performance performance goals screen and search for the employee, he iş appear but Although there is no filter in the report I prepared, it does not appear.

and when I add the task name and comments fields to the same report, I see html expressions in the comments field, the format is distorted. How can I solve this problem?
