Is there any way (HDL, REST API) to update a job requisition organization field once it is posted?

We need to fix a couple of requisitions without redrafting them. I tried to update an Org ID with HDL but without success. I got the following error:

The job requisition ABC (160) cant be updated in its current state. (IRC-1590134).

Is there any workaround to fix this issue?
