Use conditions that will EXCLUDE users in HCM provisioning rule

Summary:Hi! I am looking for a way to use exclude conditions in the HCM Provisioning rules. I am using a rule that includes all with Person type Employee and would like to EXCLUDE a few workers/users with specific positions.

Is there a way to do this?
