23B redwood enabling hesitations

Regarding 23B release notes, there are new pages for : department ,location , job

i see that there are limitations like - Approvals,Extensible Flexfields,Transaction Design Studio Rules,Validation using Auto-complete Rules

History Hyperlink - which shows what was changed from previous rows

would you recommend enabling it ,if those limitations dont bother some of them?
