Contact Person type

Hi,

I am displaying the emp contact details using the "Workforce Management - Person Real Time". I want to exclude the contacts who is an existing employee , I could not find any column which tells whether the contact is existing employee or not ,so  please let me know how to exclude the contact who isan existing employee. Attached xml.
