Possibility to edit only one section of the Job Requisition

Hi community,

We are wondering if it is possible to make people with a specific role edit only some sections of the Job Requisition when it is in job formatting phase.

For example as you can see from the screenshot we want to give people with this role the possibility to edit Basic Info section BUT NOT other sections. This because we need managers to edit field 'Comments' in Basic Info section when the Job is in Job Formatting, but we don't want them to edit other sections.
