Redwood active for Recruiting Admins?

Summary:

I have seemed to inadvertently switched some elements of Redwood on for Recruiting admins. Unsure how we have done this, but it must be related to configuring Redwood for Learning in the same environment. I did not think these pages were Redwood ready, can anyone share any documentation? As we would like to switch it off
