Is there anyway to generate capital interest for expenditure items already transferred to assets?

Summary: Is there anyway to generate capital interest for expenditure items already transferred to assets? 

Content (required): I've tried reversing the capital, setting amount type to total CIP instead of budget, but neither of those worked. I'm also trying to generate interest for Jan-23 and the asset lines were transferred with a GL date of 3/30/23.
