Integration with HIPPA

Hello,

We are implementing for a US Government client and have a requirement on HIPPA, currently learners login to a centralized external system, enter their personal number and complete the training on that third party site.

Looking for experience and observations on how this is implemented with Oracle Learn?

Would learners continue to navigate to that third party complete the learning and all these completions are loaded as legacy completions?

How similar is this for another - Prevention of Harassments?
