What is an "Access Group"

Hi All,

Feeling fairly stupid asking this but:

  • what is an Access Group?
  • what would I use it for?
  • is there some documentation somewhere that will explain it?

Every time I add a learning assignment (so hate that terminology) I get asked if I want an Access Group and I say no - but that might mean I am missing some thing important, and the documentation I am using doesn't seem to say anything about it. https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/applications-common/18b/fatul/index.html
