Summary:

Retroactive entry is generating prior to pay period change in rate grade step.

Content (required):

We had made changes to the Step 0 rate from Apr 1 2023(PP8) to Element Union Dues PSAC 533 WDB.  After running the payroll for PP13 (06-12-2023 TO 06-25-2023)

system is generating the retro back to previous pay periods ( from PP3 to PP5 2023) for few TM's.

I am wondering if anyone in this community face such scenario.
