Email are triggering via Alert Composer after post P2T Email Scrubbing

Hi All,

There was this issue, Even after post P2T email scrubbing is done the customer had reported that the Emails has been sending via Alert Composer. Is there a way to mass inactivate or mass update the section 'Simulate Run' as 'Yes' or is there any way to inactivate the mails being sent from alerts composer to a stop.
