How to translate FYI in the email notification from Alerts Composer?

Hi!

An email notification is sent to users who are asked to accomplish feedback for candidates. In German, the email notification is translated to:

It was raised by our colleague that they wanted to change the word Zur Kenntnisnahme to Handlungsbedarf. In English, the word is FYI:

I checked in the Alerts Composer but there is no setting to translate the FYI. Is it possible to translate it? If yes, can you kindly provide the actions you've done to translate it?
