Global Intercompany Contract vs Project specific IC contract

Summary:

We are using global intercompany contract; I mean one IC Contract between two legal entities for all project transaction. This covers around 500+ projects.

At the same time we want only few projects different transfer price rules. So we are defined project specfic IC contracts. when the scheduled program running

project specific intercompany contract not used. instead the invoices are created against global intercompany contract.

Content (required):

  1. can we use both Global IC contract and Project speicific IC Contract at the same time. if yes how to avoid invoice getting created against global IC contract.
