Error moving candidate in HR phase

Hello,

our client encountered this error message: You can't select this position because it doesn't have enough vacant FTE nor an open headcount. (PER-1532359).

We have modified the position FTE information and the type as well.

Now, I would like to ask you if there is a way to re-move the candidate in HR phase without go back to the offer phase.

Can you help me?
