SendEmail for some BO is not triggered

Hi experts,

I am facing the same issue in this discussion:

I have more than 30 BO in my application. And I am using senEmail . The inserting and updating to BO 's works fine. But for some BO . I am getting notifications but for some of them I am not getting Emails.


The 30 BO 's are actually in 3 different diagrams...

i am receiving the emails from only BO related to diagram 1

but for 2 and 3 diagrams, i am not receiving any thing.


can I do debugging by myself or I need to contact oracle support.
