How to consume business events from non OIC platforms

We are able to consume project business events (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/project-management/23b/oapex/public-business-events.html#s20069856) from Oracle integration cloud using ERP Cloud Adapter successfully.

However we have a requirement to consume these business events directly from our Azure platform.

Can someone please let us know how can we consume these business events directly from other systems like Azure and not through OIC?
