Self assessed Tax on Prepayment Invoice not reversed when applied to an Invoice with the same tax.

Summary:

Usually taxes on Prepayment Invoice gets reversed when applied to a standard Invoice with Tax to avoid duplication of tax.

However the same is not happening in case Self assessed tax is used. The tax entry reversal does not happen at the application level on the standard invoice resulting in duplicate entry of input and output tax.

Is this normal functionality?
