Unable to receive an Email Notification if an employee enrolls or withdraws an offering

Summary:

Dear Team,

I have logged in with line manager and assigned one course to his direct which is having 2 offerings.

Then, I logged in with employee and found that newly assigned course under Me-> Learning.

Then, I clicked on Enroll button on 1 offering and the offering got enrolled.

But, I did not find any Email Notification to his line manager that your direct has been enrolled into offering 1 from the assigned course.

And, then with employee login only, I have withdrawn the offering, the offering has been withdrawn successfully but again I did not find any Email Notification to his line manager that your direct has withdrawn 1 offering from the assigned course.
