Learning - Restrict recommendations on specific courses

Summary:

We have a scenario, where few courses cannot be made visible to entire population and these are directly assigned by administrators. So the visibility is set as "No Access". But when this course is assigned to few learners, they are able to recommend this course to others who have no visibility. When these learners who receive the recommendation, when they try to open the course they get error - you don't have access to this learning item, not a good experience for them.

Is there a way by which course having NO ACESS visibility should not be made available to be recommended. If we remove the recommended feature via privilege's it goes for all courses. Any workaround option, by which we could restrict recommendations on specific courses.
