Is there a way to secure HCM Extract flows using roles in HCM?

Summary:

We have a requirement where we need to give access to a HR to be able to run the HCM Extract. This person should not be able to see other HCM Extract while running the payroll flow of a particular extract. Is there a way by which we can control this using the HCM Roles?
