Cannot Remove Required Flag in Flex Field in ORC

I am trying to remove the Required and Visible flag on a flex field in ORC in HCM Experience Design Studio. However, the required and visible flag is greyed out. I went into the flex field itself and removed the required flag there to see if that would change the ability to change the visibility and deployed the change but the required and visibility flag is still greyed out in HCM Experience Design Studio. My end goal is to try to remove the Visibility flag so that I can enable another flex field to be visible on the job posting
