Reports not running since R13 18A applied

We upgraded to R13 and all Reports were running as expected, with no problems.
Maintenance Pack 18A was then applied, and some reports are now experiencing issues.  The main issue is that they are not producing any results but no error message.  The reports are just running indefinitely, I can leave it to run for hours.  One report did produce a Gateway error at one point.   We can't produce any nqquery logs, as nothing is obviously running.

Any ideas on what might have changed in 18A which might be causing this?  We have SR's open but again no solution.  If we run a new Analysis and use the SQL in from the Advanced tab, then it still just runs indefinitely.
