Replace special characters with standard ones

Hello,

we need to build an integration with a BI report where the recipient cannot accept special characters. In person names we have a lot of special characters like Politických vězňů ižní Předměstí Plzeň. How to transform special characters with normal ones in sql? I think having a mapping table is not an option.
