Change button lable on job application flow

We want to change the lable to button on job application flow

Content (required):

On career site when candidate applies for job he has to enter the details such as eduction or license etc. we want to change the spelling on button "ADD LICENSE" to "ADD LICENCE". Is there a way to do that?
