Create learning record assignments with a future assignment start date with the HCM Data Loader

Hi there, we would need to enroll a large number of people in several courses with an assignment start date in the future. These should be required enrolments with due date and expiry date. We want to do that on a course level and it should result in the creation of No Active Offering enrollments. The assignment dates will be different for the different users so that is why I would like to explore more automated approach.

I thought we can do that with the HCM Data Loader, but i see the following Date Validation in the document "Understanding Data Loading and Extraction in Oracle Learning"
