Team, I am looking for employee survey options. The survey is to receive feedback on the leadership team (over a certain level, for example, Senior Directors and above) from their direct reports. The most critical aspect is that the survey has to be anonymous. No one (including HR Admins) should know who provided the feedback in the survey. We currently use a tool which allows the anonymity, but looking to see if we can use Oracle, since it's our system of HR record. Any inputs would be appreciated.
