If the Employee is terminated, is it expected on assignment status to become Inactive - No Payroll?

Summary:

When terminating an Employee, is it expected on the assignment status to become Inactive - No Payroll? or is it still depends on the Termination Type of the Action used in Termination?

Content (required):

When I Terminate an Employee, I use the Action: Death and it's Termination Type is Voluntary. Then, the terminated/Inactive Employee's Assignment Status becomes Inactive - Payroll Eligible. Is it expected like that or should it be an Inactive - No Payroll?

Follow up question: Can we default the Assignment Status if the Termination Type is Voluntary? Thank you!
