How to add "skills" to the grid view

I recently watched a training entitled "How Equity Residential Adopted Embedded AI & Dynamic Skills". The presenter mentioned that they added skills as a column to a custom grid view. We have recommended skills on, etc., but I don't see a Field Category that contains the Skills values for candidates. Any thoughts?
