Do we need to update/correct the SPF policy for Vanity URL?

Summary: we are not using vanity email but using vanity URL and sometime, external employees are not able to check the offer letter. Do we need to update SPF policy? Will it reduce the issue like external candidate can check the offer letter through link shared on their mail?
