Learning Administration - possibility to manage contents depend of role in the system

I'm looking for possibility to create a role for
Learning Specialist which will be able to see only some learning contents from
his area of responsibility.
For example people who look after Health and safety
trainings see and have possibility to manage and edit H&S trainings.
if someone else organize Cybersecurity trainings he
will be able to mange only his contents.
do you know if we are able to create this kind of
role?
