ILT - Assignments issue

Summary:

Hi Team,

We are facing issues with ILT assignments. We have created a course & ILT Offering and are trying to add Learners to it as Learning Specialist. We are able to see the Learners in search and submit the transaction. But post that we dont see much changes and no Learners are getting assigned to the course. When I try to enroll as employee, it is working but only when the Learning specialist assigns it to Employees, it is not getting assigned.

Please let me know if any of you have come across this issue and what could be the possible cause for the same.
