learning 23b enabling REDWOOD BROWSE LEARNING index process is it same process different parameters?

for 23B learning updates, of REDWOOD BROWSE LEARNING , we enabled first the redwood experiocne (before 23B),

and now we also enabled the steps as wrttten in doc -

question please - for the 2 steps below , 3+ 4, is it the same process to run?

in 3 step - its written - to run "ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS"

and in 4  its written - ""the ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OCS"

the word - OCS"
