Restricting submission of resignation/termination on sundays, holidays and saturdays(as applicable)

Summary:

Is the following requirement feasible in Oracle Fusion ?

Saturday (as applicable), Sunday, Holidays (Regional holidays) should not be allowed in this field. Regional holidays to be mapped in the system. In case, resignation is submitted on any such day, then previous working day to be captured in this field.
