Disability and Diversity Sections not displaying as expected

We are experiencing issues with the job application flow sections and blocks.

We have updated the TDS to include disability and ethnicity sections, however they do not appear in the job application flow.

We would also require the ability to include disclosure as to whether or not a candidate has a disability. This article suggests that the disability disclosure should be accessible within the disability block of the job application flow, however we are unsure how to make this appear.
